I haven’t had time to look at more than a couple, but check out We Feel Fine for a beautiful way to look at what kinds of feelings people are blogging about. They have different “Movements,” like Madness, or Murmurs, and they’re all pretty.
Then there’s the Visual Complexity website. It links to representations of complex systems, like the one at the top of this post, which represents a certain group of interrelated Flickr users. (Click it to see the original, which you can zoom around in.)
