But when you use it like, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153that was fucking awesome,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d then it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s NOT sexual, and therefore not obscene (though it may be profane, vulgar, rude, naughty, dirty, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 17px\" class=\"paragraph Body\"><span>I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m getting all of this from Julie Hilden\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s article about it on her findlaw page (<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/writ.corporate.findlaw.com\/hilden\/20031223.html\" title=\"http:\/\/writ.corporate.findlaw.com\/hilden\/20031223.html\">link<\/a><span>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 17px\" class=\"paragraph Body\">I think I agree that these words should NOT be prohibited, but I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m not sure. I accept her argument that simply hearing a word used as a superlative (not sexually) isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t damaging to children, or anyone else.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 17px\" class=\"paragraph Body\">But I still don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t LIKE it when I hear it broadcast. It jars me. (Which makes me wonder why, since I USE words like that all the time.
