If someone posts a comment on this blog smearing a third party, can I be successfully sued?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom: 0pt; line-height: 17px\" class=\"paragraph Body\">Of course, there\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s precedent, but I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know the law. If a newspaper prints a libelous letter from a reader, is the paper at risk?
