So I looked up weeklyrob in Cuil. One of the interesting things about Cuil is that it can show pics next the results it finds.
Except for one small problem: The pics are often wrong. Look above, for example, to find a correct result for a weeklyrob post, but with a picture of… well…
Honestly, I don’t know WHO that guy is. He looks like a nice guy and all, but why is he appearing next to my post?
Seriously, does anyone recognize him? He’s probably another guy named Rob, or something, or he posted something similar to my post. Or something.
I’m waiting for the day we can search for a name by image, or another image of the same person…maybe through some kind of face recognition technology. For now, though, I’m just going to google.
That’s really funny, a weeklyrob imposter!
There are ways to search for songs by playing a few bars. So that’s cool.
As far as the impostor goes, he’d better watch out now that the weeklyrob readership is alerted to his presence.
I also tried egosurfing on Cuil, and compared the results to Google. I’m not impressed. Not only did they come up with more unrelated, and fewer related, hits than Google, they didn’t put up any picture implied to be me. I suggest Brad Pitt.
I think this one is better:

Kevin, that actually IS me.
Wow, you really *do* have plenty of hair. And you’re younger than I thought.
