I didn’t know what a bollard was. Do you?
If you have to have them in front of a library, this is the way to go.

It’s another one of those things that sound like something else entirely. When we were remodeling our kitchen, the designer told us to go to a particular shop, saying the guy there had some nice corbels. I don’t recall if he exposed his bollards in front of his shop.
